"Although running a company, I still ensure to prioritise putting myself behind consoles, flying PA and helping out on stage. Throughout my years as a freelancer working for a vast selection of companies, I have gathered many points on things that work and things that don't. Talking to fellow freelancers is a great way to gather a general understanding of the inner workings of a company and often, unfortunately, you quickly find out the aspects that tend to create problems. I always try to bear these things in mind and implement them in my own way to avoid making the same mistakes as others. The idea is to create an efficient yet comforting experience with clients that is backed by expertise. The beauty of having your name associated with a brand is that you will represent that name for as long as you live. So it is my own duty to ensure that the people that encounter me or my business leave with nothing but positivity. Having said that, criticism is how we grow and learning to accept it is a skill that one must master; once this ability is unlocked, the potential for development is unfathomable."
